for a year I remember watching and loving Emma Peel and Leela from Doctor Who

For the time - it was enough to have a tough woman if only tough physically - The Doctor was always an interesting super hero kind of character as a general pacifist first approach so Leela - who always want to kill people.

Leela was Emma Peel in space to me.
