Criterion has redone "Night of the Hunter"

My friend saw it and said their redo looked excellent. I was never unsatisfied with the print TCM showed. Great film. The only film Charles Laughton directed. That's a shame. Insane cinematography and use of light and shadow. It is a great film.

Yes, great film, but one time is plenty.

Also in that category I put 1962 Cape Fear.
