Jo (Ronan) was nominated for Supporting Actress when she was a child. She is destined for big things, IMO. I found the time changes a bit awkward at first, also. I think Gerwig did a great job of "updating" the story to a more modern pace. I was expecting another classic presentation but this film is a refreshing in all facets.

once for Atonement, once for Brooklyn and last year for Lady Bird... She def. has the gift..... Not sure I'll pay money to see LW... will probably wait for it on the smaller screen. I am tempted though as I am a fan of Timothee Chalamet as well....This is like the 4th incarnation of this story....
