but more holes in the plot (and subplots, if not the story) than there should have been
somewhat detracted.

The last episode in relied on too many wrap it up defaults.

It certainly seemed to capture a bleak, sad existence.

If nothing else, Mare is a True Detective.

Winslet has sure remained fantastic.
