"Casino Royale" spy parody/comedy, 1967.

A nutty film job, but had a cast of major league actors: Ursula Andres, Orson Welles, Deborah Kerr, William Holden, Woody Allen, Peter Sellers, ... etc ... and Daliah Lavi, she of heavy breathing. Woof.
