actress's performance. Third in a trilogy from director Joachim Trier dissects the personal life of a brilliant young woman who cannot seem to find her way in life, vicariously living through the successful one of her lover, a very successful artist.

This is melodrama laid on thick, though worth a watch for those who enjoy long, meditative films with lots of philosophical speculation and angst.

Haven't seen it but sounds interesting. Saw his film Louder Than Bombs starring Isabelle Huppert a while back and liked it.
