Have not seen this...reviews quite mixed. But I will say, there are new 50th anniversary releases of Godfather series, and I watched the first two...and there are commentaries by Francis Ford Coppola that I found extremely interesting regarding his struggles getting the first one made, how he was close to being fired, how he argued over the casting...just lots and lots of details. Of course the 2nd was a much different situation, as he had become an overnight phenomena. Don't know if these commentaries were on previous releases, but they are good.

I didn't read any of the reviews prior to watching the first 5 episodes I have seen. I saw an ad for it on Instagram and jumped right in. I usually do read reviews to find quality content I might enjoy. This one I didn't. I wouldn't recommend it if I was on the fence about it. For me it's a delight. All the struggles to make The Godfather are front and center.
