Wonderful movie, and so apt that Noma shut down last week. Noma sounds just like the place satirized in the movie.

And I'm making cheeseburgers tomorrow...

P.S. If you are a burger connoisseur, be sure to check out George Motz on YouTube. He is the ANTI-Slowik, and somehow he makes a point of burning the heck out of his mouth with every burger he makes.

Funny though that Noma made the announcement that they would close
in TWO YEARS (or at least change their gig) and THAT made "news".

PERFECT Noma line in Tar, too.

All those cult, EST like groupsthinks had their place in the sun for a while and that
NEED (for something) seems to have transferred to chefs and food and...dining.

At least you get a meal out of it.

Fine dining is great, obsessed with the WHOLE process a wee bit less so.
