This is a truly cringe-worthy film from the male POV. Pam Anderson plays an aging showgirl whose show is closing on the strip after 30+ years. There is psychodrama for all her coworkers who are faced with finding new employment. Jamie Leigh Curtis looked infinitely awful as a showgirl who has been relegated to serving cocktails to the slots. Kiernan Shipka was the young dancer looking for a mommy substitute. (She can look hot.) And, Dave Bautista who plays the professional, low-key stage manager.

Pam displayed her 57-year-old wares unapologetically. But nudity was sparse so titillation seekers will need to peep elsewhere. Not sure about the rebirth of Pam as Sarah Bernhardt, either. She was very brave in taking this role.

I should have waited on cable.
