Chuck Jones, who did the animation for the Looney Toons does some of his best work here and the ghost of Jacob Marley is rendered in hair raising style...frightening as no 'toon has been before or since IMO.

I also found out that this won an Academy Award (1971 I believe) for best cartoon short.
