I'm intrigued by the upcoming Coen brothers movie, Burn After Reading. It's due out in Sept and stars Brad Pitt, Clooney and Malkovitch, among others. This is probably the most stacked lineup of megastars in any Coen movie and I wonder if they can actually work with those egos to make another trademark film. I have very high hopes for this one, but movies like Ladykillers and Cruel Intentions make me wonder if it's going to fail.

Cooney and Pitt are good friends so as long as Malkovitch doesn't rock the boat it should be OK, but as you'll know there have been many cases of a great 'sure fire, can't fail' line up not living up to expectations.

If anyone can come up with a film greater than the sum of it's parts, the Coens can.....hopefully, touchwood.
