On an unrelated note,I wonder if as a Lawyer you could tell me weather one can be cited for speeding after the fact from civilian video taken of a driver while following at equal thus also illegal speed. Say someone took a video of you exceeding the speed limit on an Interstate . The only way to place a measurement on the subject car would of course be to show the speed of the car from which the video was taken which would of course have to also be in excess of the speed limit. Is such a video ever accepted and used as evidence to cite a driver successfully for speeding? Thanks.
