...after seeing the trailer numerous times.

But the two reviews i read gave it a "D" and a "C", so I marked it as a DVD pick.

Let's see - good action flicks so far this year:

Dark Knight
Iron Man
Wanted

I see Traitor as reality-based unlike what you listed. Traitor isn't necessarily an "entertainment" film.
