A different pair of shoes as OBVECTIVE BURMA.
Less Romantic, but no less propaganda, it has deeph, actors no stars, well made, with a deep human understanding.
A true story and yet like its heros bigger than life.
A real good war film.

  The ghostly meeting of the US and English soldiers was a little of a reminder to what would become the famous Kwai Bridge.
  Also the special effect, particularly the explosive, were not convincing.
  For the rest, I will have a second viw in a few years, but it is really adult when compared to the other one.
