Personally tho, I find the American version has more interesting characters. Extending even down to the warehouse.

Maybe the US version simply speaks to Americans as the UK one does to Brits.
I hated Summer Heights High but my teacher-in-traini8ng girlfriend just rolled around laughing at it.
Beats me...
I love Ricky Gervais. We owe him a lot for The Office. The series finale of Extras was excellent. Still have it on the DVR and watch it ever now and again.
