I saw it in the theater when it first came out years ago and rented the DVD about a year ago or so and loved it, as did my wife, who was seeing it for the first time. Good recommendation.

people so human, and with a mood so hypnotizing, that you consciously hope as the film progresses that there is no misstep to destroy the illusion. This is one such exceedingly unusual film. Watching it almost seemed a religious experience to me.
