I especially liked the Oscar winning actors introducing the nominees.

I was thrilled NOT to have a comedian host. I love Hugh Jackman. Ann Hathaway was adorable.

It had appropriate glitz but not over the top for the current economy.

It moved along better than normal.

No truly horrible dresses.

Slumdog Millionaire is a better than average BP winner. The filmmakers and cast were truly thrilled and overwhelmed.

So there.
