Was picking over the picked over DVD's in Circuit City. At sixty percent off you tend to take more risks. Ran across a movie called "The Tin Man." I've always been a fan of "The Wizard of Oz" so I decided to bite, after all, 60% off is 60% off.
Ends up it was a Sci-Fi channel mini series and is about 4.5 hours long. It had a budget of twenty million bucks so it is hardly a cheap movie. The strawman actor sounded and acted just like a friend of mine making it a real hoot. The story is an imaginative re-telling of the classic story, taking place many generations after Dorothy's famous adventure.
The best thing about the movie was Azkadellia, the bad witch. She was played by the busty actress Kathleen Robertson. Who, enchantingly enough, wore a bustier throughout the movie showing her impressive cleavage. What was really amazing was she had tattoos across her upper chest that would come alive and turn into the infamous flying monkeys. You've heard the expression of monkeys flying out of your butt, how about monkeys flying out of your boobs? And when the tattoos would move and jump off her, it was done with a nice close up of her chest. Looked pretty amazing on my 46 inch TV.
In short, for a passable 4.5 hour movie, if you like women with classic hourglass figures that have monkey flying out of their boobs, this is the movie for you.
We'll have to agree to disagree about global warming until the next global cooling scare comes along
