If this was a work of fiction I'd have dismissed the whole concept as preposterous, but as it was I was constantly amazed at what Jolie's character had to endure, and what the LAPD could get away with at that time.
Eastwood is probably my favourite Director of the past decade, and I only hope there are many more films left in him as this was another cracker.

...sad film but very well done.
I marveled at the camera angles and lighting Eastwood used which really gave the era in the film an older look.
Well I think at least two more. I read somewhere.
