This is Jessica Marais as Mistress Denna, another Mord'Sith dominatrix type character in the show. With all these bad-ass babes, it's no wonder that this series is destined to become a big hit! :-)
BTW, in an episode commentary, the actress mentioned that it takes 20 minutes just to get out of that costume.

  Yes - the costume makes the WHR kind of leap out at you. Jessica Marais (Mistress Denna) mentioned on one of the commentary tracks that she thought these costumes were wonderful and that the costume designer deserved special recognition! I'm sure many of us would agree. :-)
  In this week's (repeat) episode, Mistress Cara (Tabrett Bethel) is asked by her sister to change out of her Mord'Sith costume, because "the leather is terrifying the children!"
  BTW, I just saw the teaser for next week's episode (in the U.S.) It seems to suggest it will be Mistress Cara vs. Mistress Denna - who can inflict the most pain?. I tell you, TV just doesn't scale these heights of entertainment awesomeness very often! :-)
