This movie is just a quickly put together package done by his family to squeeze every last penny out of his reputation, which they have been living off of for decades. Suck his fans dry before his popularity wears off!

...until I actually saw this movie.

He may have been nuts but Jackson was one talented, hard working man. I was surprised by how much control he exerted on every detail of the stage production and the energy levels he sustained over the rehearsal period - this would have taxed a much younger (and healthier) man.

Driven, I think < is not too strong a word to use, whatever one ultimately thinks of his music. Control freak is another. The man was not flakey when it came to his music and its presentation.
