The link is for only one year but that should keep you busy for awhile! There are many films which don't see major US release and, unfortunately, those are by far the best in quality and number. Unless you live in a large US metro area with a thriving foreign and art house milieu, you must join Netflix or use a download service to get access to these films.
To get other years selections, just google "film commentary" followed by the particular year.
