Grim realities balanced with totally absurdities of the day--it was great. I saw it the fist time in VN and didn't realize it was an anti-war film until years later. I was drunk.
I really like the rah-rah animation...kind of a mixed media experiment for the day and age. And, the argument as to who actually LOST the Light Brigade was so predictably real.
