You can't hide from the simple truth that what happened in Germany (and some other countries) happened with the help, either active or passive, of many participants. For this reason I watch Leni's work as a documentary evidence, not a work of art - as too much is rolled into those reels.
Yes, many people supported the Nazi, and many of them got what they deserved... shame that some didn't. She was kind of in between. In some cases what the French did to the collaborators sounds like a good start.

Those that engaged, specifically, in Nazi-led anti-Jewish propaganda are hideous. Those that knew about it, but did nothing, are less so; the Nazis, after all, eliminated opposition. They did exactly what the Soviet communists did: they invited friends, family, and acquaintances to rat out those that spoke out against them.
One can say she received a fair punishment for her role... others might disagree, but her role was certainly not that of a quiet person.
I don't recall seeing specific cases of anti-Jewish propaganda in her films, but that is secondary, I think, given the nature of the regime she promoted.
