I just watched the Swedish version on NETFLIX.

The "Hollywood" version certainly had more "pizzazz" but I thought the Swedish version was a bit more realistic. There are some slight differences in the plot so I may wind up reading the book to figure out which is "truer" to the original story.

Be seeing this on Monday. I'm not expecting it will be better than the original, however. Remakes seldom, if ever, are. Originality doesn't yell, it screams.
