28 Weeks Later was enjoyable, as well.

Exorcist III

Pulse, from 2006, a remake of Kiyoshi Kurosawa's Kairo - which I would also put on the list.

I think Michael Rooker did such a good job in Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, that it slowed down his subsequent career.
