The Vanished Empire -- Russian, 2008, set in 1973... anyone see it?

Lightweight yet at the same time very moving. Callow university youth on the verge of adulthood, set in a full-of-itself Soviet Union just then being invaded by Western music, clothing, cigarettes and concepts. There's a girl too.
