Streaming like a mofo last night. This afternoon ZIP connection. Just wouldn't even try to connect despite pleas and profanity. For the first time ever I call Netflix. ONE MINUTE wait! Almost had a heart attack. Young lad said he would send out trouble shooting email and WD support numbers. Hmm, they all shift the blame. He said I was probably experiencing bandwidth problems. Ring off and try it one more time......up and running like a champ. What did that crafty C/S guy do when I wasn't looking? Typical of life, you complain and mysteriously it gets better....like a toothache stopping a day before the dentist.
Follow Ups:
They, of course, do rely on local provider's bandwidth, and occasionally there are some brief interruptions, but overall I can't complain about their streaming.
It is the content that sucks.
there needs to be a serial culling.
