HOT. Some scenes in The Mentalist TV show are shot in Sac.
Housing may be expensive, but not like the Bay Area.
Must be some outlying towns to commute from.
I live in Oakland, which has a terrible rep for crime, but I love it here.
Every city has many areas in which to live. Come out here, look things over.
