1945 - Japanese are still occupiers in China. The war is near end, but nobody knows that yet. Someone, at gun point drops one Japanese and one Chinese collaborator at the random house in one Chinese coastal village. The occupants, and the entire village is responsible for the well being of the POW's, until the mysterious captor claims them back - in five days.

Six months went by...nobody ever showed up...
