He's a very good actor, but Capone was a very large guy and his and physical presence played a significant part in his ability to project authority.

Now that I think about it you're right. Even when de Niro (a small guy by most accounts) played Capone he was filmed in a way to appear large, menacing and overbearing. Maybe BE will start presenting Capone more like that in upcoming episodes/seasons as his character evolves and he grows more powerful.

Well that be hard to do since Graham is probably about 5-5, while Deniro is probably about 5-10 and can have a very menacing presence just with his voice. Capone was also noted for conveying power in his voice as well, and Graham just doesn't seem up to that task either. He is a very good actor, but just seems totally mis-cast as Big Al.
