The inverted plane was exciting and clever. At least this movie had ONE idea, which is better than most manage these days. The film dragged terribly at points -- like when they showed Denzel alone in his hotel room, lying there doing nothing but feeling anxious because he was an alcoholic. The eye candy in the opening scene was first rate and I thought Denzel's performace was excellent. Overall, it's not the most inspired.

Sounds like most French Films I've seen, shot in Real-Time. Minutes watching someone sleep...
