Did you have abandonment issues with your father?
What did you think about the scene in the third Star Wars movie where Darth is fighting Luke, cuts off his hand with a lightsaber and tells him, "I am your father."

My father never talked to us except to our oldest brother and sister. He was too busy and serious for us to approach. But we had a saint in the mother through whom we conveyed messages. But then as a lawyer turned politician, he had no time at all. Was a Gandhian too and ended up in jail as a freedom fighter. Mother sent him packed lunch which the guards ate.
I must admit I cried when Darth died. I had a tough time hiding the tears from the wife who was cursing him throughout. The dark theatre helped.
