My father never talked to us except to our oldest brother and sister. He was too busy and serious for us to approach. But we had a saint in the mother through whom we conveyed messages. But then as a lawyer turned politician, he had no time at all. Was a Gandhian too and ended up in jail as a freedom fighter. Mother sent him packed lunch which the guards ate.
I must admit I cried when Darth died. I had a tough time hiding the tears from the wife who was cursing him throughout. The dark theatre helped.
Best Wishes
Bill
