Superior horror story, intelligent, original.

The ending really falls apart so much I really don't recommended it in spite of its other virtures.

I liked that at the end of the movie, they are walking along, totally oblivious to the guy just plodding along the sidewalk behind them.
(They left it kind of nebulous as to whether he was just some guy out for a leasurely stroll, or whether it was something more sinister.)

I thought the characters where fairly intelligent.
(You didn't get the typical girl in her undies opening the door and looking around because she heard a noise outside.)
