DeNiro is hired to run a 4 star restaurant in Vegas.

Paul Sorvino is chef de cuisine.

Liotta gets hired as the saucier.

Tony Sirico is the maitre d.

Pesci's son (now grown) is the sommelier.

Finds out about his dad's past with Pesci and Liotta.

Has dad's genes, but has a corkscrew in place of a pen.

And some new (old) faces:

John Turturro as the sous-chef.

Lorraine Bracco as the desert chef.

Dominic Chianese as the lounge entertainer.

Scorsese has a cameo as a truffle salesman, Francis Ford Coppola as a wine salesman.
