I've been pretty impressed with these two films, anything else like it?

I've already gotten into Kubrick, and that THX film from the director of Star Wars which I am not a fan of star wars.

Looking for some pretty good sci-fi, it seems there is not that much at this level out there.

Not much sci-fi there, but some great films like Ivan's Childhood, Andrey Rublev and The Mirror.
