In that case, the issues being W and Cheney, deemed to be evil SOB's in historical view, being depicted too lightly, almost comically, in the movie. I haven't see it, and probably won't. I have no further interest in the clowns. This is just review I have read.

it is kind of a tough subject, one of those laughing to keep from crying things, where it would be funnier without the terrible historical realty dancing offscreen.

I would say to just see it for the incredible acting alone, but all aspects of this movie are of that quality.
