300 has sold about 250,000 copies its first week. That's alot for HD, beating The Departed that sold 100,000 in more than a week. Ironically, I didn't buy it-have no interest in it.

at least the HD movie watcher variety. Too many comic book movies, not enough real movies with good plots. "300" does have some redeeming value being somewhat based on history.
