My 6th gen 50" commercial Panasonic plasma looks better via DVI than any of its analog inputs. Comparisons have been done with my PS3 for High Definition signals and with a Denon DVD2900, Denon DVD1600, Panasonic RP-91 and V Inc Bravo D1 (via DVI at 480p, not upscaled) for Standard Definition signals.
My computer monitor is a 42" Westinghouse LVM-42W2 1920x1080 LCD. It too looks better via DVI than the analog inputs using a BFG NVIDIA GeForce 6200 video card.
