I think I had to dust or wipe down one disk before it worked 100%, but no other problems to speak of. But the disks that I'm getting look almost pristine, so that may have lots to do with it.

Unless there were some very very careless 1 or 2 folks that got it before you did, I would except discs in excellent condition.

There just aren't enough folks that bought in yet to have these discs to be in bad shape is my reasoning. My local Blockbuster has only a few people who have rented them since they got them in! My friend never has a wait in his netflix queue and hasn't had any big problems. He inspects them and cleans them. Perhaps there is more volume through netflix but I wouldn't expects lots if there is no wait!
