There are probably a few remaining at the usual big box retailers. They work very well with all sources, have an excellent picture, but are really a monster to move at about 200lbs. They were available earlier this year for under $700 new,and I'll bet they can still be found for even cheaper.

Simple fix.
Put 14 2" ball casters on the bottom of the stand before setting TV.
Now you can push it all over the place.
that's actually a 34", model number KV34XBR910. That is smaller than you asked for, but if you have the room it's certainly worth the look.
