    .....If it doesn’t play some blu-ray discs then it is not as advertised or intended.
    
    If you get no joy from the retailer then send it to Samsung along with the disc it won’t play.
    
    Whatever you do, do something. If you take no action it only encourages retailers & manufacturers to do nothing.
