I saw this yesterday, and quite frankly was surprised. I never expected it to sell that well. It doesn't even have lossless audio. :-) I guess this is why there were all those BOGO sales last week, to try to nullify the effect. HD DVD IS getting stronger. Its becoming quite clear, that people are buying more players, for both formats, and hence more discs, though for the most part disc sales are still quite low.
Finally, this shows that both formats are here to stay, at least for a while yet.
And yes, it goes without saying, that Blu-Ray's blockbusters will do well too.
