I bought the "everything" package this spring when I got my HDTV. We got a few HD channels, HBO, Showtime, HDNET, HDNMV, local network affiliates, maybe 10 in all. Then I read your post and realized we had nowhere near the full suite I signed up for.
DISH techie on the phone figured out I wasn't getting satellite 129 which carries most of their HD channels. Sent out a tech yesterday who determined that the shit fer brains contractor who installed my hi def in May didn't give me the new attenae I needed to pick up the full suite.
To say the least, we're simply overwhelemd today surfing thru all the new HD channels we never got.

Follow Ups:
VOOM was just a nice start. Dishnetwork keeps adding to the HD lineup adding HD channels as the content providers/broadcasters start to get their HD act together (e.g. now I'm getting the occasional FoxSW (Sports) in HD). DirectTV also got a recent boost in HD broadcast capability though I don't know if they one-upped Dishnetwork yet. Digital cable is lagging far behind.
Where'd antennae come from???
As for the channels, I figured all the ones I was hearing about were going to be rolled out at year's end. A techie on the phone who was trouble shooting another problem even told me that as new channels were acquired they would automagically appear on the "All HD" favorites. So here I sat waiting for the last few months...
Got a nice credot from DISH.
