That is rather unfortunate, but however, I see it as a further erosion of quality specialty magazines that seemingly appeal to a dwindling audience. It will be missed.

THe likes of Stereo Review and High Fidelity were different... You could read the new issue while listening to your stereo!
Christ, I haven't missed that magazine in years. It was good back in the late 80s--early 90s when it ran lengthy articles about how TVs worked and on movie technology, I still have the copies with the Technicolor and movie restoration articles. And HP was a very good movie critic, very good indeed.
But that was all a LONG time ago.
