The second DVD has what is called "TV Gaurdian" built in. It reads the close-captioned portion of a DVD and cuts out the "bad" words. It makes watching movies with my kids much easier. Of course the sexy scenes still get pillows!

Thank you for your review of my system. It seems like the plan is okay so I will go ahead and buy the Oppo. I think the 980H will be adequate for my needs for now. I can't wait to get it all up and working.
