I have high AC main voltage coming into my house. I measured a neighbor's voltage and it is the same as mine, 126-127 volts and goes to about 130 volts in the evening. Is this high AC harmful to my Panasonic plasma and will it harm my other audio and video equipment. I think it is due to a couple of vacant houses on the same transformer as me. I will see if it goes down when one family returns from Florida. I would rather not have the power company lower the voltage now and end up having lower voltage when the load increases in the summer.

I've measured mine at 119v to 129v, they "bounce" around, your equipment should easily handle 130v but if you're going to lose sleep over it then get on Panasonic's web site and ask their customer service.
It's a bit outside of ANSI standard for voltage variation, but not all utilities follow ANSI. It's not high enough to cause any damage to your TV; nor is it likely to damage anything else in your house.
