Looking to purchase my first BR player but didn't want to spend too much. I'm somewhat of a a audiophile so sound is important.
The 2000ES is s refurb unit heavily discounted from the MSRP but is about 3 years old from when it was first introduced. Is it still considered a good player compared to the 460 and 560? I'm assuming the CD playback is better in the 2000 due to the parts used and build quality.
If not the 2000, is the 460 or 560 a better choice given that they are the same price?

Experts-
What are the differences between the Blu-Ray 2000ES and 5000ES?
I wouldn't mess with the 2000ES, too old. I have the 460 and I'm very happy with the video performance, don't use it for cd. I would go with the 370, the only difference from the 470 and 570 is 3-d capability and wireless options. The essentials are the same and you will get SACD to boot.
Baba-Booey to you all!
