And now I have 25 blu-ray movies in my Blockbuster queue, ALL OF WHICH WERE DVD-ONLY AT NETFLIX.
And I'm saving five bucks a month.
Netflix does have faster service, though. I would have stayed with them but this 'we charge you for something then not give it to you' crap is just outrageous.
They've turned into the Charles Foster Kane of the video rental business.

My wife's been with Blockbuster for years. Overall, love their service. There have been a couple hassles from time to time, but usually they give us some extra in-store rental coupons if there's a problem that they can't quickly fix. Sometimes there's a long wait for blu-ray TV shows just after they're released... but they carry a few series on blu-ray in stores.
Usually we exchange the mail rentals in a store on a Friday, return the store rentals on Sunday, and more discs are mailed out to us on Monday.
